• Search History: Stored for 24 months, then automatically deleted unless saved to collections

• Support Tickets: Maintained for 3 years after resolution
• Usage Logs: Deleted after 18 months
• Backup Archives: Retained for 90 days before permanent deletion

International Data Transfers

Our primary servers are in Switzerland, but some service providers operate from other countries. When we transfer data outside Switzerland or the EU, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

Macsofast isn't designed for anyone under 16 years old. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you're a parent who discovers your child has created an account, contact us immediately and we'll delete it.
